What is TPU faric

TPU fabric is a type of synthetic material that combines the properties of rubber and plastic. It is created through a process called extrusion, where a thermoplastic polyurethane compound is melted and then formed into a fabric-like sheet.
TPU fabric is highly versatile and offers a range of desirable characteristics, which make it suitable for various applications. Some key features of TPU fabric include:
Flexibility and elasticity: TPU fabric is known for its excellent flexibility and elasticity. It can stretch and bend without losing its shape, making it ideal for applications that require materials to be pliable and resistant to deformation.
Durability: TPU fabric is highly durable and can withstand extensive use and exposure to harsh conditions. It is resistant to abrasion, tearing, and punctures, making it a popular choice for outdoor gear, footwear, and protective clothing.
Water resistance: TPU fabric has inherent water resistance properties. It can repel water and prevent moisture from seeping through, making it suitable for applications that require waterproof or water-repellent materials.
Chemical resistance: TPU fabric exhibits resistance to a wide range of chemicals, oils, and solvents. This resistance makes it suitable for industrial applications and environments where exposure to chemicals is common.
Breathability: Depending on the specific construction and manufacturing techniques, TPU fabric can offer varying levels of breathability. This makes it suitable for applications such as sportswear or items that require a balance between waterproofing and moisture vapor transmission.
Easy to clean: TPU fabric is typically easy to clean and maintain. It can be wiped clean with a damp cloth or washed using mild soap and water.

TPU leather is a  real green and Eco friendly  material. Compared to other leather mateiral , It has better   folding-resistant (more than 200,000 times), better wear-resistant (100,000 times), higher elasticity characteristics.
